Unlike other brands, in Birba, each type of biscuit has its own particular composition which is totally different from the rest. This gives it a characteristic taste that is enhanced by the name of each particular biscuit: Cubano, Nuria, Costa Bona, Fruit d'Or, Crema del Canigó, Bescuit, Brisalet de Chocolate, Boer de coco, Pirinaic de chocolate, Ametllat, Croqueta...

Traditionally, Birba has only sold its products in the form of assortments, each one packaged in a metal box weighing 750 g or 1,200 g. As well as ensuring the better preservation of the biscuits, this type of packaging has been of great importance in terms of brand recall. Even today, it is possible to find the distinctive old metal boxes of Birba in many homes.

However, the Birba biscuits are currently sold in 17 different presentations:

  • Assortments, consisting of 8 different presentations ranging from the 40 g presentations to the 750 g ones. And of course, the 500 g metal box, and the Imperial Box, also in a metal box.
  • Specialities, with 5 different presentations: Fruits d'Or, Ametllats, Brisalets, the well-known chocolate Cubanos and the delicious Neules, a Christmas speciality.
  • Nuria, the typical plain biscuits made by Birba that are ideal for breakfast, and which come in 4 different presentations. These biscuits are made of butter, milk and fresh eggs. And of course, we mustn't forget the Nuria Integral, a wholemeal biscuit, made based on an olive oil well-balanced recipe with great energizing and nutritious value.
  • Chocobirba, a biscuit that can be dunked in milk, and made with real chocolate.
